When did you decide to become a designer?
I’ve decided and became a fashion designer, two years ago.
How was the process to become a designer?
The process of becoming a fashion designer was started from breaking up with my boyfriend actually 😉 Then I had loads of time to rethink about my past life and future, and really focusing on what I want to do next with my life. So I figured it out that my passion is to become a designer. It was my little dream since I was young, but I wasn’t brave enough to do it at that moment. So it is a perfect time to start it now.
What inspires you?
My inspirations always come from people, architecture, music, art, and nature. Everything that catches my attention at the moment can be my inspiration.
What was the inspiration of your last collection?
The inspiration for my last collection, SS2015 was started from a butterfly effect theory. A story of a time traveler such as The Sound of Thunder and The Siam Renaissance, which is a Thai movie talking about a woman from the future who can travel to the past accidentally. She had to fix some little thing in the past, and it will cause big changes in the future. While she was staying in the past, she enjoyed the beautiful surrounding, the flowers, the nature, the tradition and also people there. She met a guy and fell in love with him, which made her decision to stay there eventually and never gone back to where she came from.
Where did you see yourself in 10 years?
For the next ten years, I see myself and my business expanding 100 times from now. I’ll have my stores in the significant cities around the world. I’ll work with so many people in various fields of businesses who are good and smart people. I wish that every woman’s closet will have at least one piece of my clothes, and I can make them happy by wearing mine. Once, if I get famous and successful, I hope that I can be an inspiration to the others and can help my country and the world. And my little extra wish has a family with two kids and beloved husband.
Who are your favorite designers?
My favorite designers are Coco Chanel, Vera Wang, and Alexander Wang.
