Dear Angie,

deal with frustration is not an easy task, I try to breath and cal myself down… i go for a run to disconnect from everything and like this I can release my anger, so when i come back home I am bit relax, take a bad go to sleep and try to find a solution the next day. You see sometimes I had the feeling the problems and frustration have another view the next day…
