    Every body can encounter frustration. Could be in a small or in a big level. We all have handle frustration in not a very successful way and we had have to confront the outcome. Normally the outcome that we are looking for is not the same when we do not know how to manage this state of mind. I wrote a quick blogpost with tips in how to overcome frustration. How do you deal with it?

    Dear Angie,

    deal with frustration is not an easy task, I try to breath and cal myself down… i go for a run to disconnect from everything and like this I can release my anger, so when i come back home I am bit relax, take a bad go to sleep and try to find a solution the next day. You see sometimes I had the feeling the problems and frustration have another view the next day…
