Breakfast Options

Breakfast is one the most important meals of the day, it’s been about 12 hours since our last meal, and our stomach need a good refueling. But most of 50% of us don’t eat breakfast. We are too busy, its hard so early to eat something, were trying to lose weight…

Truth is, there is not a valid reason, there are many healthy options that can either be bought or made that are fast and take away style. You might bot feel hungry in the morning, especially if you are not used to. But you should eat something, like some fruit or yogurt, and let me tell you trying to loose weight is the worst excuse of all. A lot of research have shown that people who skip breakfast end eating more the rest of the day than people who eat a solid breakfast everyday, without mention Not eating a healthful breakfast can lead to reduced cognitive function, which means you will have difficulty in concentrating, learning or recalling information.
