Perfect Banana Cake for Sundays

- 175 grams Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 170 grams Sugar
- 350 grams Flour
- 2 Bananas
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Backing Powder
- 1 cup Milk
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees ( in Europe we use 200 degrees in the USA would be 350 degrees)
In a bowl with the electric mixer, mix the sugar, and the eggs for 7 min till you get a nice dick dough; add the melted butter, vanilla, and the bananas.
In another bowl mix the flour, salt, and baking soda, with the help of fine strainer add one spoon at the time to the first bowl, and mix it slowly with the spoon, then add a bit of milk and mix slowly, then again the flour till you finish both the milk and the flour.
Put in the oven for 45 min, when is ready set aside and wait for tills cold and served with vanilla Ice cream or my husband favourite whipped cream!
