Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained, or 3 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1 Red bell pepper, choppe
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion Chopped
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 package Feta cheese
  • 4 Figs chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl; add the salt pepper and olive oil and you are ready to go!
