Into a large bowl mix with an electric mixer the sugar, the salt and the eggs for 10 min approx.
Melt the butter and add it to the first mixture
Now it is time to add the milk and flour, and what I normally do is to add the first 2 spoons of flour and then 2 spoons of milk and so on. It is important though, to combine very gently the flour, fold in and please do not stir… Like this, you will create air on the batter which makes it fluffy.
Spray the waffle maker with a bit of oil and pour 1/3 cup into the waffle maker and cook it till you have a nice golden waffle.
Notes
You can add 1/2 tbsp baking soda if you want your waffles to be more fluffy, or you can add brown sugar instead of white sugar for a deeper taste.
