Austrian Flammkuchen Recipe
Amazing Flammkuchen recipe
- 4 1/4 cups flour
- 4-5 tbsp vegetable oil
- fresh cream
- leek chopped
- bacon chopped
Combine all the dough ingredients until smooth non-sticky dough forms. This can be done by hand.
Wrap dough with plastic foil and let rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
Preheat your oven to 250 C.
After the dough is ready, put first the fresh cream, the leek cut it in little pieces and the bacon, put it on the oven for 10 min and voilà!
