Ingredients
225gr raw shrimp (peeled, deveined and patted dry)
1tspoyster sauce
1tspsesame oil
1tspsugar
1/4tspsalt
1tbspgarlic (minced)
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor
Take the wrappers skins and place one teaspoon of the shrimp filling in the center
Start pleating one half of the wrapper traditionally should have at least seven pleats. When the half of the wrapper is pleated fold up to form a half-moon shape.
Use a bit of water to seal your dumpling if is needed.
Place the har gow dumplings in a bamboo steamer with parchment paper and steam for 6 to 8 minutes.
Serve with hoisin sauce fora sweet taste
