Stay fit at home

When Corona arrived at our lives, it was a lot of uncertainty on how your country will react, and what measurements they will take. With everything closing around you, and the only possibility is but to stay at home, we didn’t have any other option to find a solution.

In this case, the best thing you can do is try and get yourself some new equipment for your home instead. Bored of running up and down your stairs over and over again? Try using an exercise bike.

Another great idea is to think about using some extra space in your house. Using the garage or the attic can make for some great fitness spaces.

Whatever you decide on doing, at least try to find something that you find fun and enjoyable. It’s not hard to make sure that you stay active and fit, all it takes is a little of effort.

Thanks to Corona, I had to stop going to the gym, something that I have been doing for years, and I got really frustrated because I still wanted to train somehow, but I didn’t know how to start.

Therefore, I decide to invest in a stationary bike, to get my body to move (God bless Amazon), and although I don’t have a garage or an attic to use as a fitness space, I just put it in the living room, in front of the TV. I guess some experts say you should focus 100% on doing exercise, but I do like to watch something when I am doing cardio. Not to mention that you can find many spinning videos on YouTube that you want to follow.

Nevertheless, little by little I started to jump into the bike and train daily. The best way to do it is to start little by little… twice a week… three times per week, till you arrive at the right number for you.

Train at home can be challenging, but try to be consistent and find ways to motivate yourself!

Happy Training!
