How to improve your life and stay positive
I always try to stay positive. But nowadays life can be very stressful. We have a lot of work here and there and sometimes is difficult to avoid stress. Although I have a positive way to see life, sometimes life can get so stressful that is difficult to not let yourself be stress or frustrated
My personal way to deal with problems, and handle situations are always with humour (as I always say, is better to laugh about it than to cry about it) Therefore, I am very good at seeing things in a positive way no matter how hard they are.
Even do, I have this positive way of seeing life, I cannot avoid being stressed from time to time. Life can be sometimes very frustrating, and we accumulate all that frustration during the day. Sometimes talking with your partner or friends, might help, but that can even feed the negativity.
By Having a little daily routine can help you to improve the way you feel and see things, and this particular routine has help me to improve that aspect of my life.
Although I wake up very early in the morning, I take the time to think about all the things that I am thankful for. By taking just 5 minutes to think about all the things you have, the people you love, the things you have achieved, and just contemplate your life, is enough for starting the day in a great way, and keep you positive.
I always stand up very positive, after doing this, and I see with an appreciation for the rest of my day.
Choose positive Friends
There is nothing more stressful and consuming that to have people around you that complain all the time. In addition these people bring conflict, drama and negativity to your life. Don’t take me wrong, is not that I don’t like to hear my friend’s problems… Is just that there are some people that feed themselves from negativity, and I choose to let those friends go.
I like to surround myself with positive people where I can learn something, and which brings joy to my life.
I notice the good things around my day
When you stop complaining about the bad things during the day and focuson the little good thing that happened to you, you can change your whole day into a positive one.
As well as there are some frustration moments there is also little victories as well, I decided to focus my attention on those moments.
