Sweaters to survive the cold

October is here but it doesn’t feel at all like autumn, I had to put already out most of my sweaters and winter jackets, because for me this is winter, and I am not happy at all.

I want my summer back when I could go out in sandals and dresses, but with this weather, between 3 and 10 degrees, what I really need is a cosy sweater, to survive this cold.

Knitted Women’s sweaters are my favourites, especially if they are oversize, you can combine them really easy with a pair of jeans or a long skirt, and most important it keep you super warm if they are from cashmere, which is also really soft. Although I am used to warming weather and light clothes, after almost 9 years in Vienna I have learned how to dress for hard weathers like this one.

Probably the weather is normal, and everybody is happy with this weather, but I was always sensitive to cold, even in Venezuela. December in Venezuela was around 18-20 degrees in mornings around 7 in the morning, and I was always complaining about the cold when I was at school! What I would give today to have 18 degrees here in Vienna.

In any case, I want to put together a list of beautiful and cosy sweaters, to survive this winter, which I think is going to be super cold, if we already start October in this way.

Lala Berlin: From iconic knitwear label Lala Berlin my new favorite Basic comes for the cold season: Thanks to a cosy blend of alpaca and wool keeps this knit sweater warm while can be a neutral colour and the transmissive section combine diverse.

Alberta Ferretti Sweater: this knitted sweater from wool and cashmere, looks so sweet, and I have to put it on my wish list, the colour is perfect to combine with every piece you have in the closet

Alberta Ferretti Floral sweater: as soon as I saw this sweater, was love at the first sight, the bird with the flowers is super sweet, The super-soft blend of wool and cashmere and delicate embroidery make the sweater from Alberta Ferretti to a luxurious and feminine companion for cooler days. We love how the scheduled contrast trim running plays around the silhouette, creating a delicate look.

Marc Jacobs: A sweater Soft cashmere is a must in any wardrobe because it is timeless and elegant at every opportunity. This model of Marc Jacobs is particularly because it provides with its delicate lilac and the sparkling decorative button on the shoulder for a feminine styling.

Theory Sweater: A timeless classic for eternity is this sweater made of fine cashmere of Theory. A deep V-neck and a very dark shade of green provide a skilled mix of casual and elegant.

René Lezard Sweater: another cream colour sweater, with round neck, is really beautiful, and again you can combine with everything.
