Top Food Blogs

Today I bring you guys my best top food bloggers that I love, although I have a busy schedule, one the thing that I love the most is to cook and find inspiration on the web. Pinterest is, for example, one of the best tools I have to get inspired, and thanks to that I have discovered some food blogs I cannot live without.

Some of these bloggers have also write cooking books, and of course, their books are also part of my collection. Not long ago I purchased My Sweet Kitchen from Linda Lomelino, and I have to say her book is just perfect. She explains each recipe with so much precision, it is actually impossible to make a mistake. More importantly, all the recipes are easy to do, also her aesthetics and her pictures are so perfect, it is impossible not to get inspired by her book. Her blog, Call me cupcake is the source of most my sweets, and her Instagram is just perfect!

Pinch of Yum is a cool food blog, where you are going to find all kinds of recipes, Lindsay and her husband Bjork are the masterminds behind it, and I have to say I love the work they do together!

Muybuenocookbook, Yvette Marquez-Sharpnack, is the mastermind behind this blog, and I have to say is one of my favorites, because she brings to my table all the Latin and Caribbean flavors I miss the most. Yvette is originally from Texas, born and raised in El Paso. She is an Emmy winning producer and writer, award-winning food blogger, and author of Muy Bueno: Three Generations of Authentic Mexican Flavor co-written with my mother Vangie and sister Veronica, published in 2012 and Latin Twist: Traditional & Modern Cocktails co-written with Vianney from Sweet Life, published in 2015. If you are looking for some Latin flavors inspiration this is the place to go, to spice up your recipes.

Kimberly Snyder is also one of the favorites because she has all kinds of healthy recipe, and she also is the author of a lot of healthy recipe books. My favorite breakfast is her Glowing Green Smoothie, which is perfect for each morning and is a vitamin bomb full of nutrients. I have to say that thanks to her book The Beauty Detox Food, I learned a lot about nutrition, and what our bodies actually need to function properly, and most importantly her recipes are simple but delicious.
