5 BRILLIANT MAKEUP TRICKS FOR LOOKING GREAT IN PHOTOS

5 BRILLIANT MAKEUP TRICKS FOR LOOKING GREAT IN PHOTOS

Makeup Tricks

Makeup may help you get that glow in real-life photos or in your online material. People of both genders have used cosmetics to change their appearance throughout history. Today, makeup artists all over social media are experimenting with surreal appearances, and special effects makeup is becoming more popular in the film business.

By smoothing out your face and changing specific characteristics, some makeup tricks combined with an eyebrow app like FacetuneApp may improve your photos and confidence. Let's take a look at a few of these makeup techniques.

Go Matte

A cameras' lighting can make your face seem glossy, and dewy makeup never creates a nice photoshoot look. Avoid using any illuminating cosmetics on your T-zone (forehead and nose). Go for a matte finish instead. Use mattifying products appropriate for your skin type and avoid bright lights. Unless you want a harsh look in your images, soft, natural light is the greatest choice. It makes your skin appear softer and more matte.

Emphasize Eyes and Brows

It's crucial to know how to improve your brows because they show emotions. Shape and fill in your natural brow line to make it look bigger than usual.

In pictures, thicker brows look fantastic. Bold colors around the eyes and on the lashes draw attention to the eyes more than gentler hues. Colors that are brighter photograph well and bring emphasis to the eyes.

Creating depth with eye-shadow is the way to go. Select eye-shadow hues that reflect your personal style. Instead of shimmering eye-shadows, choose matte eye-shadows since shimmering eye-shadows produce images that do not look good.

Use the lightest color on your lower brow bone and upper eyelid. Then, apply the darker eye-shadow above the eyelashes and blend to achieve a smooth effect. Emphasize your eyes with eyeliner and mascara to make your lashes stand out. Two to three mascara applications will make your lashes more prominent in photos.

Makeup Tricks for Looking Great in Photos

Avoid Texture

As camera quality improves, your pores and all of your skin's blemishes are pushed front and center in any shot. Of course, you may use editing software to remove part of the roughness, but cosmetics with a smoothing effect on the skin are strongly suggested. Make sure your skin is hydrated, and use a decent mattifying primer.

Always remember to look after your skin and stick to your skincare routine. Makeup will function and appear better on you if your natural skin is in good shape. Allow time for the moisturizer to penetrate your skin. After that, apply a priming base and then your foundation. These create a smoother canvas for applying cosmetics.

Consider Time

You may be wondering how time relates to cosmetics and photography, but stick with us. Glitters, gloss, and shiny cosmetics look best when you're out at sunset or going to an evening party, and they may also be a terrific and eye-catching alternative for a nighttime shoot. If you're heading somewhere where you'll be in the sun, you might want to skip the glitter.

Lips

If your lips normally look small or seem to shrink in images, add some gloss to give them a plumping impression. Even if the rest of your face is matte, this is generally the only area you can get away with wearing shiny gloss. Lipstick color is washed away by camera illumination, so use thicker and bolder colors to ensure that your lips do not fade or shrink in your photos.

Final Touches

Knowing your face shape and characteristics is the first step in determining which makeup technique you'll employ to highlight or hide your features. Dust translucent powder all over the face to achieve a matte effect and an even face for beautiful shots. The more you practice, the better you’ll get at applying makeup for images. While there are numerous editing apps for every inch of your photo, that should not deter you from putting in the effort before your shoot.

WHAT DO FASHION BLOGGERS EAT IN A DAY

WHAT DO FASHION BLOGGERS EAT IN A DAY

What Do Fashion Bloggers Eat In A Day?

The life of a fashion blogger is something that inspires many when they see it on camera. Rightly said that the life of a fashion blogger is all about continuous traveling, hustling, going to events, accomplishing campaigns, and sleeping at odd hours as and when their schedule allows. Many bloggers have turned into full-time fashion influencers and earned their living through it. But that's even tougher! The life you see on the camera isn't how they live; the truth is something else.

No two days are the same in their lives as they have different schedules and events where they need to be present. So what do they eat to get high energy to survive through a long day? Healthy food! They pull through the day on foods that have good stamina to offer. These days many influences are using CBD from brands like Sunday Scaries in their daily life for an extra boost of energy. And if you are wondering ‘What are Sunday Scaries,’ you can quickly look up their website to learn more.  This blog will take you through a day in the life of a fashion blogger.

A Normal Day In Fashion Blogger's Lifestyle

There is a great misconception about what a fashion blogger is and how hectic their lives are. They indeed receive PR packages that have incredible stuff, and they attend lots of events with pretty dresses on but behind the scenes is just more than taking pictures and posting them on social media. An influencer has to work a lot more with dedication, needs skills, and has to be self-disciplined. And when you follow all this, the results will surely be worth the hustle. Many fashion bloggers also have a full-time career which they maintain altogether. It might get hectic for them, and they still have to work hard.

In the struggle to manage both together, they skip meals or eat foods that are quicker to cook and even consume. Here's what a day in a fashion blogger's life looks like:

  • Starting the day

Rising before time is one of the ways that a fashion blogger manages to get everything done on time. First, they need to get up by 7 AM and, instead of sipping a cup of coffee in bed, ought to move around and meditate or perform a workout. Later comes the time of a skincare routine that might need much time. Then after getting ready, either they need to commute to their workplace or set out for a photo shoot for the brand.

  • Spending the day

The work time usually remains 8-5 if it's corporate and may vary upon what you do. Some people are full-time fashion influencers too. Hence comes the time to manage work where they don't even have time to eat and prefer some lightweight and quick yet nutritional food items.

Five foods that fashion bloggers eat in a day

Here are five foods that fashion bloggers eat in a day-

1.- Oatmeal for breakfast

Fashion bloggers need to look and stay fit to influence people that follow them. Hence, what could be a better breakfast than low-calorie and high protein oatmeal. Most fashion bloggers generally start their day with a bowl of oatmeal with almonds. Oats might help you regulate digestion and enhance the absorption of nutrients to maintain weight. Having oatmeal in the morning keeps them satisfied for a long time to avoid any cravings for snacks before mealtime. Oatmeal can help have ample protein to solve their worries about fitness.

2.- Sandwiches For Lunch

As mentioned earlier, fashion bloggers' lives are hectic, and they don't even have time to eat in a day. Hence they prefer food items that are quicker to make and eat. And sandwiches are an ideal choice for them. You can easily place veggies between bread and have them in your hand while on the move. Many influencers have reported that they have a low-fat turkey sandwich, fruit, and a glass of skim milk. Sandwiches can provide energy to keep them active throughout the day without excessive weight gain.

3.- CBD-Based Food

Fashion bloggers are always searching for any food item that isn't only low-calorie but also has plenty of other benefits. One such herb that they can add to their daily diet might be CBD. It is a natural compound that is present in the Cannabis Sativa plant and has recently gained the attention of many. It is a hemp-driven compound that might have anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antipsychotic impacts. Innumerable fashion bloggers have already added CBD-based products to their diet and skincare as they might benefit overall health.

A fashion blogger might prefer to consume CBD in any form regularly. The stress that a blogger faces daily leads to health issues, and when they add cannabidiol to their routine, they might find a reduction in their stress levels. Additionally, CBD might promote weight loss while ensuring to help one deal with other ailments in the body. Hence, as a fashion blogger, you might find it helpful to go for CBD gummies, oils, or tinctures as a daily supplement.

4.- A Bar Or Banana Cake For An Afternoon Snack

The entire evening of fashion bloggers is usually busy shooting. Hence they don't get ample time to sit back and have snacks. Many influencers have some banana-flavored cake or eat an energy bar as their evening snack. It would keep them going and provide them with the energy to survive till night.

5.- Quinoa For Dinner

While they return home tired, it's tough to stand for long hours in the kitchen and prepare low-calorie and fat dinners. Hence many people prefer to prepare quinoa for dinner, which is satiating and an excellent choice for maintaining weight. Quinoa is additionally high in fiber and can make you feel full when you have eaten just a small portion of it. Also, quinoa is a storehouse of all the essential nutrients and vitamins needed by the human body.

Conclusion

Fashion blogging is an exceptional career that can take you to the heights of the sky, but the hustle behind it is more challenging than you imagine. It's not all about styling new outfits but also about maintaining a constant weight, taking care of your skin, and at the same time, managing to stay healthy despite the hectic schedule. It is why they prefer some food items similar to those mentioned above

AUSTRIAN HAIRSTYLIST CHRISTINE WEGSCHEIDER

Austrian Hairstylist

Christine Wegscheider is a successful hairstylist from Austria. She has been run her own salon since 2013. Individual advice, perfect cuts and coloration, which are tailored to the respective customer, have always been the main focus of Christine and her team. Only high-quality products from La Biosthetique are used in the salon, which meet the salon's quality standards with their natural ingredients. In order to be able to offer even more make-up and care services in the future, both the salon and the team have been gradually expanded.

We talked to Christine, about her career and her way to success!

Austrian hairstylist Christine Wegscheider

When did you know you wanted to be a hairstylist?

At the age of 15 I had to choose a career path, as my parents had intended an apprenticeship for their daughters. Since I was always interested in fashion, it was obvious to choose a profession that had to do with design. Of course, the hairdressing profession in the 80s was a little different than it is now.

As an apprentice, of course, I had to do everything that came up in the salon everyday life. I started my apprenticeship in a very traditional barbershop.

Our youngest customers at the time felt like they were 70 years old. But I learned the old hairdressing craft very well.

For example: wave laying, pinning and of course perm wrapping!

That helped me a lot later on.

What was you first job as a hairdresser?

At the age of 18 I decided to go to Vienna and worked for the hairdresser Wallmeier.

That was of course super cool for me as a country bumpkin!

To work in the middle of Vienna, to serve very chic customers and of course I was totally excited when I was allowed to participate in the first fashion show at the fashion salon Braun on Graben.

After the master's exam I worked for the Schwarzkopf company, and after a few attempts abroad in LA and London, I decided to start a hairdressing school in Vienna.

Can you Tell us about any challenge when you started your career?

Well, the biggest challenge was certainly when we (there were two of us) started the "first private hairdressing school" in Austria. It was a big challenge to master all the legal and also all the content issues of the school.

What is your favorite hairstyle you ever created?

My favorite creations are for sure, the final works I made with my students. I also made a clothing collection out of hair and a bird of paradise.

Of course, it was always an inspiration to be at the Stylebibel from Lifeball and of course to be at the ball.

What inspires you?

I am inspired by art, designers and nature.

The materials and the variety of nature is endless.

Who is your Beauty Icon?

For sure Audrey Hepburn, Jacqueline Kennedy, Coco Chanel, Iris Apfel, Linda Evangelista,

Sophia Loren, Lady Gaga,

What is your recipe for success?

The most important for me is: Believe in yourself and your ideas! A clear basic concept, but flexible enough to be constantly developed and renewed. Always be open for new things, there are many possibilities to be successful as a stylist.

Do you have any advice for someone who wants to start as a hairstylist?

The hairstyling profession is a craft. And before you want to be a hairstylist, makeup stylist or do photo shoots, you should learn the craft properly.

And watching 100 videos or doing a few haircuts is not enough.

As the word implies. Craft. Lots of practice! And you work with people and a lot of emotions, that also has to be learned. But it is one of the most beautiful professions you can imagine!

What advice you would give other women looking to enter into the beauty business?

Always keep your finger on the pulse of the times, keep developing and, especially in the service sector, you can build up a very loyal customer base with good service and many additional offers.

Of course, there are also many opportunities to establish yourself in the industry.

But the most important thing is always the expertise and definitely an open nature and love for people and design!

QUITTING SMOKING IN 2022

QUITTING SMOKING IN 2022

Quitting Smoking In 2022

Our previous article on some of the "Best Healthy Tips" to follow pointed out many ways to achieve a healthy life –– one of which was to stop smoking! While it is pretty common knowledge at this point that smoking is detrimental to health, though, quitting is notoriously difficult. Many smokers have been practicing the habit for years, and understandably have a hard time breaking it. But even if quitting is always a challenge, there are some methods that many find helpful –– particularly nowadays, with some new products and techniques having become somewhat trendy.

With that in mind, we thought we’d look at some different products and practices you might try if you’re looking to quit smoking.

1. Hemp Cigarettes

Okay, first and foremost, these are not necessarily healthy options –– but they don’t have tobacco, and they can be the first step away from cigarette smoking for some people. If you’re not well versed in these products, hemp cigarettes look and feel just like regular ones, which is helpful in that they replicate the actual act of smoking –– the fidgety aspect of the habit, if you will. Some hemp cigarettes also contain CBD, which will not have a strong effect (it doesn’t get you high, in other words) but can be soothing to some. Again, hemp cigarettes are not considered to be healthy, because any smoke or vapor inhalation can be damaging. But active smoking combined with potential relaxation makes for an effective bridge away from tobacco cigarettes, for some.

2. Nicotine Pouches

If you’ve tried to quit, then you probably already know about nicotine patches and gum. But nicotine pouches represent the next evolution of options like these, and are fast becoming some of the most popular alternatives to both traditional and smokeless tobacco products (from cigarettes, to pipes, to chewing tobacco). A blog post at Prilla explains that there are numerous reasons consumers are favoring pouches specifically over tobacco –– including lower overall costs, the ability to use them discreetly, and the fact that they produce no odor. A pouch simply gives the user a dose of nicotine to satisfy urges, but comes with none of the extra, burdensome factors associated with tobacco products.

3. CBD & Cannabis Products

Some people find CBD and cannabis products to be relaxing alternatives to smoking. Instead of a nicotine hit, these products can provide a different but calming buzz, and they can do so by way of any of a number of means of consumption. CBD in particular has become widely available in the form of oils, patches, lotions, sprays, and creams. Cannabis is not yet fully legal everywhere, but can be a safe smoking alternative where it’s available (even if it doesn’t provide nicotine or tobacco to address specific cravings).

4. App Assistance

Moving away from specific products, it’s also important to note that some today use apps to quit smoking as well! This may sound strange, but according to CNN, studies have shown that “quitting smoking” apps could be beneficial to more than one in 10 who smoke. The study was specific to Americans, but its findings likely have universal significance. These apps work by helping users acknowledge and accept their nicotine cravings, rather than avoid them –– with this approach proving to be 50% more effective than others. The apps also provide various incentives to help smokers quit, from financial perks to partner support systems.

5. Hypnosis Treatment

Historically, anything regarding hypnosis tends to be regarded with a roll of the eyes. But this sort of practice is now more widely accepted, especially as a means of therapy. Now, an article titled "Hypnotherapy For Smoking Cessation" points out that while hypnotherapy has been recognized as a therapeutic tool by professional medical groups around the world, there is no clear evidence that it works directly to help people quit smoking. However, there is typically no harm in the attempt, and there are anecdotal cases in which former smokers claim that it was hypnosis that finally got them to stop.

Smoking is really a hard habit to break. But those struggling with the effort shouldn’t give up. There are a lot of products, tools, and practices available these days that can provide real assistance, and ultimately make the difference.

ORIA BEAUTY THE NEW BEAUTY TREND

ORIA BEAUTY THE NEW BEAUTY TREND

Oria Beauty

The new beauty destination. The activation of the natural elasticity through the ORIA microcurrent mask in combination with the powerful active ingredient hyaluronic acid is the new trend for the perfect skin. We talk to Florian, the founder behind Oria beauty to know more about his product and how they can help us achieve the perfect skin

Tell us about ORIA Beauty, why it was created?

From 2012 to 2019 I worked as a personal trainer and trained my clients using EMS technology (Electro Muscle Stimulation). The effects of this technology were fabulous: My clients were happy about: a flatter belly, stronger muscles, tighter connective tissue and a crisp butt. One client (about 50 years old) reported to me after only a few workouts that her legs and butt became firmer and she felt younger in general. Literally she added: "But my face doesn't match my figure anymore! Is there this ingenious technique for tightening my facial muscles as well?"
At first moment I joked about her statement and didn't really take it seriously. Some time later, I realized that my customer was absolutely right. So I started my research on the net and found what I was looking for relatively quickly. Magazines like Cosmopolitan & Elle, but also Beauty Docs reported about the mode of action of "Micro Current" and its sensational anti-aging effects. Until then, however, this technique was only available in renowned beauty salons for a lot of money.

What is the philosophy of ORIA Beauty?

My dream was to make this technique available to as many people as possible. The result is ORIA Beauty - a face mask that uses gentle electrical impulses to stimulate the facial muscles and also the layers of the skin. It promotes blood circulation, accelerates cell metabolism and activates the body's own production of collagen.

In addition, this multisignal technique has the property of allowing an active ingredient to better penetrate the skin. For this purpose we have developed our own Hyaluron Pur Serum. This serum is worked deep into the skin and, thanks to the ultra-short-chain matrix (oligo), replenishes the body's own hyaluron stores in the long term.

What is the perfect morning routine and night routine for a person with normal skin?

External factors such as sun, dirt and sweat as well as internal factors such as stress, diet and fatigue makes our skin condition vary greatly. Each skin is different and therefore requires individual care. The ORIA Beauty application can be repeated up to 3 times a week with a maximum of 15 min. Important: the skin needs time to get used to this lifting effect and needs time to regenerate. Therefore, it is best to perform the application in the evening.

What is the most important ingredient in any skin routine?

From my point of view, hyaluronic acid is the be-all and end-all in any facial care. In the skin, it acts like a water reservoir and provides elasticity and resilience. But be careful - not all hyaluronic acids are the same. The right molecule size is crucial. While long-chain hyaluronic acid spreads on the skin surface and is washed off again relatively quickly, short-chain hyaluronic acid is absorbed deeper into the skin and serves its purpose here for longer. The third type of hyaluronic acid is the ultra-short-chain compound (oligo). It is absorbed deepest into the skin and provides an excellent long-term effect. This is brand new to the

market and can only be found in the most select products. The ORIA Hyaluron Pur Serum offers the benefits from all 3 structures, which I am very proud of.

Oria Beauty

When is the right moment to start with an anti aging routine?

A very good question! Most people associate aging with the first signs of wrinkles. Here you should know that from the age of 30 our body starts to break down hyaluronic acid from our tissues. Hyaluron has the ability to bind water under the skin. If we have full stores of hyaluronic acid, our skin looks firm, plumped up and wrinkle-free. However, if this storage becomes less year after year, not as much fluid is bound in the skin and our skin becomes flabbier - the first wrinkles appear. In addition, the muscles all over the body begin to sag - including the facial muscles! Areas of the body that are still toned and sexy when we are younger slowly start to give in to gravity. A good friend of mine, sports scientist & motivational coach, emphasizes: "Muscles are the natural make-up from the inside". From my professional past, I and my clients can confirm this statement one hundred percent - especially that client I mentioned at the beginning of the interview.

For this reason, I also recommend thinking about anti-aging at a younger age.
