PHIL MC PHOTOGRAPHY WITH GARY TALBOT

PHIL MC PHOTOGRAPHY WITH GARY TALBOT

Fashion Photography of Gary Talbot

Phil Mc. Is a young upcoming talent from Dublin, Ireland. My main focus is fashion photography, I love working with people and producing unique images that stand out & catch the eye. I have been shooting landscape photography for many years, which in a way started me to elaborate colors & give my images an abstract touch.

A lot of my work is based around street art & urbanism, as it’s an attraction for me. I love the "L.A Street" look and I bring a touch of this into my images.

I studied photography in college, this thought me the basics but I thought myself a lot through watching Tutorials online & shooting outdoors as I believe theory is interesting but being physically outdoors and learning more by using the camera to me is more important, also I can tailor the aspect's of photography I want to learn.

Phil is only 21 and has been shooting Models for only 2 years, his work is improving and his fan base grows at a steady pace across his Facebook, Instagram & Twitter accounts. (Phil Mc. Photography).

I have done modeling also as I believe it's important to understand both aspects of fashion photography. I found this helpful as now it’s easier for showing models of different body positions & working with the model in general.

Recently I have worked with Ireland's leading male Model Gary Talbot and together we made some beautiful images.

''I have always loved fashion and working with people, this is the ideal job for me; I will be worth keeping an eye on''

SUMMER BODY WITH WAKA YOGI

SUMMER BODY WITH WAKA YOGI

Yoga Body Secret with Waka Yogi

Today I want to introduce to you the top 5 Yoga poses to get your Summer body with the yoga teacher Waka Yogi. You can practice all the poses in your own home and they will help tone your body as well as calm your mind and soul.

After living in a country with only four seasons, I finally understand the phrase "the summer body is made in winter". And I must say this winter was so cold and long I barely moved from my bed to university and back with just cup of warm green tea.

Now that the sun is coming out, I am getting inspired to get into shape for the summer holidays and the beach. And what better way to get a great summer body than by doing yoga, not just to strengthen our body but our spirit too.

In today’s life, we have to deal with a lot of daily stress, and we rarely have time to relax anymore, there is just too much going on… We already talked once about yoga and all the benefits for the body and mind, so in this post Waka Yogi is going to give you a few tips for doing Yoga and teach you 5 amazing Yoga poses to do at home.

The best way to practice yoga, is with an empty stomach. When you practice yoga all the bending, twisting, lengthening, stretching and strengthening moves are going to be even harder with a full stomach. Practicing on a full stomach could cause you to cramp up or feel nauseous and have to stop practicing.

Also, leave your cell phone in another room. Don’t just put it on silent mode, but literally keep it in another room. Then you will be 100% focused on doing yoga and not concerned with whether or not someone is trying to contact you.

Take the time to cultivate a positive relation between you and your mind, through practicing Yoga Postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayamas) and meditation. All you have to do is make it a regular routine.

Many people stop practicing the first time feeling guilty that it took so long to start. However, the most important thing is you start and continue your Yoga practice at your own pace.

''Please try out my new online Yoga lesson.  Yoga for opening hips, Yoga for strengthening your core, and Yoga for improving your balance. Let's do yoga together.''

Today the Candidates of the Miss Vienna 2015 participate in a beautiful Shooting in F6 The Open factory in Vienna by photographer Tom Fux. This year the Miss Vienna better know as Miss Vienna 2.0 is organized by Cathy Zimmermann and Fabian Plato.

The 10 candidates were part of a special black & white photo shooting, and we have the opportunity to get to know the girls and to share with them this beautiful step in their careers.

The idea behind, this photo shooting was to embrace the natural beauty of the candidates and they were shot with almost no makeup for the official partner of Miss Vienna SOS Kinderdorf and the official portrait for the final.

This year’s jury will be the Makeup artist Icon Yasmin Heinz, Vogue Editor Marko Matysik, Miss Vienna 1983 Evelyn Rille, Miss Austria Julia Furdea, Hair-Stylist Christian Sturmayr, Designer Nicole Komitov (MILK), Actor Michael Steinocher

The candidates have a strong preparation by the hand of Fabian Plato in the fitness studio Mandu, and star coach Mario Soldo the owner of the Mother Agency in Vienna.

We can say a lot of surprises are reserved for this special event next to the 14th of April 2015 in the building ThirtyFive, one of the most modern locations in Vienna.
